Rashad Greene – Florida State Seminoles

Rashad Greene had a clear memory of what his ritual was like for the National Champion Seminoles back in 2013. “On game day waking up, just playing for Florida State, we always have a pregame ritual where we circle around the hotel that we’re staying in just to take a morning walk. We go through some things about the game plan, relax, and just get your mind right for the game. I listen to my music. I’m not a guy that likes to listen to a lot of rap or a lot of up tempo music. I’m more of a mellow guy. All my music was R&B and oldie goldies and stuff like that. That was my Russel Westbrook vibe. That was my game time ritual, just being calm and collected and just thinking about what I needed to do. I felt like all the extra music they listen to these days just get me too riled up so I like to be calm before I go out there and bring the storm.”
